Any unauthorized use (without the prior expressed and written consent of Dr. Shefali) of Conscious Classroom materials of any medium, any content, proprietary products, commercial products, pamphlets, files, pdfs, imagery, recordings, logos, insignias, or trademarks is strictly forbidden. Any use, without formal authorization, of the Conscious Classroom (and its affiliates) related materials or Dr. Shefali-protected trademarks which could lead consumers to believe that Dr. Shefali is affiliated with, sponsors, or endorses a third party or other entity, is strictly forbidden.
Dr. Shefali does not give her consent or authorization to any copying, recording, or reproduction of databases, libraries, archives, classes, lectures, webinars, seminars, courses, or sessions. Dr. Shefali does not give her consent to any primary or secondary transmissions, screen sharing, screen mirroring, screencasting, digital transmissions, re-broadcasts, nor storage, archiving, or dissemination of screen recordings or other replications of content, re-display, or publication of the content of/in the Conscious Classroom. Dr. Shefali retains exclusive rights to all content within the Conscious Classroom. What is permissible to download is clearly identified as such; if it’s not clearly identified as available for download, Dr. Shefali has not authorized the content to be downloaded, recorded, captured, stored, or reproduced.
Peer-to-peer file sharing of Conscious Classroom is considered an infringement. Infringing conduct exposes the infringer to the risk of serious legal penalties, civil and criminal.
Violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the copyright and intellectual property laws in all jurisdictions.
Dr. Shefali may be entitled to monetary relief, injunctive or other equitable relief, for infringement of copyright by reason of the person(s) transmitting, routing, or providing connections for material through a system or network or by reason of the intermediate and transient storage of that material in the course of such transmitting, routing, or providing connections.
Nothing contained in this notice, nor any act or omission to act by Dr. Shefali, is intended for the reduction of any rights or remedies which Dr. Shefali may have in regard to this notice. All such rights or remedies, whether at law or in equity, are hereby expressly reserved.
